We collect your email address and password (or OAuth provider information) when you create an account. We also store room and user identifiers in your browser's local storage so that you can rejoin sessions. When you make payments, Stripe processes your payment details and we store a record of the transaction in our Supabase database. Task descriptions that you send to AI members may be processed by OpenAI.
We use your information to authenticate you, create estimation rooms, process payments, and provide AI generated estimations. We may use your email address to communicate with you about your account or important updates.
We share data with third parties only as needed to operate the Service. This includes Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and OpenAI to generate AI estimations. We do not sell your personal information.
We retain your account and room information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Payment records may be kept to comply with legal obligations. You may contact us to request deletion of your data.
We use reasonable technical measures to secure your information. However, no online service is completely secure, so please use the Service at your own risk.
